Description:
Grower Groups with Marbleseed are an open-ended, semi-structured opportunity for farmers to create community support that will contribute to economically viable, environmentally sound, and socially responsible farming enterprises. Farmers lead the groups, and the groups organize with minimal support from Marbleseed or outside staff. Marbleseed hopes that this "Grower Group Guide: Growing Farmer Communities for Continuous Improvement and Change" will enable farmers to engage in groups that meet their needs and are sustainable beyond the founding membership.
