By communicating and using simple lease language, landowners and farmers can establish the necessary foundation to implement conservation practices on leased land in a mutually beneficial way. This set of 43 PowerPoint slides provides a template for presenting information on agricultural conservation leasing. Note that there are some examples specific to Maryland that can easily be deleted or revised for relevance to the audience.
