Description:
This recorded, knowledge-based virtual conference participants will receive instruction on how to facilitate mind and body practices to increase mindfulness and impact mental health outcomes during beekeeping therapy sessions. Beekeeping is an emerging therapeutic intervention that can be used as a tool to teach mindfulness, distress tolerance, new leisure skills, and impact mental health. During this training participants will have the opportunity to learn from experts who provide therapeutic beekeeping practices for Veterans.
