Description:
In Wisconsin, Frank Kutka has been working on developing high-yielding, affordable corn varieties by blending an open-pollinated variety (Dairyland) with modern lines. He has completed field trials and developed a synthetic OP population, with plans to release seeds soon. Frank is also exploring the economics of on-farm seed production and sharing his findings through events and outreach efforts.
