The CAES Sustainable Agriculture Newsletter is a quarterly newsletter that reaches over 1,000 members on our listserv and is also distributed at conferences, workshops and events. Primarily, our readers are farmers, Extension agents and educators. The newsletters focus on current, research-based information and contain articles and photographs submitted to us by Extension specialists, county agents, and producers in Georgia. The Fall 2018 edition covered information regarding the welcoming of UGA’s new organic vegetable professor, the SmartIrrigation app, biocontrol benefits, biomanagement for healthier soils, and organic cool-season crop rotation publication for the southeast.
