The CAES Sustainable Agriculture Newsletter is a quarterly newsletter that reaches over 1,000 members on our listserv and is also distributed at conferences, workshops and events. Primarily, our readers are farmers, Extension agents and educators. The newsletters focus on current, research-based information and contain articles and photographs submitted to us by Extension specialists, county agents, and producers in Georgia. The Summer 2018 edition covered information regarding the 2018 Farm Bill, Vidalia onion organic fertilizers, cattle grazing preferences on cover crops, sunn hemp as a potential forage, and the growing lavender business in Georgia.
