Description:
The CAES Sustainable Agriculture Newsletter is a quarterly newsletter that reaches over 700 members on our listserv and is also distributed at conferences, workshops, and events. Primarily, our readers are farmers, Extension agents and educators, and access to the newsletter is distributed throughout several University of Georgia Departments, listservs, and on social media accounts. The newsletters focus on current, research-based information and contain articles and photographs submitted to us by Extension specialists, county agents, and producers in Georgia. The Summer 2019 edition contained articles on the Working Farms Fund, Proper Selection and Timing of Organic Fertilizer Application, Georgia Agriculture Tour with the USDA Economic Research Service, and the 2020 Georgia Organics Conference.
