This resource highlights three case studies of farmers' market conflict resolution. The case studies highlight our primary themes and approach to our training series. 1) Emphasizing skill building (equipping people with the communication skills and confidence to confront the conflict) and 2) systems building (ensuring markets rules, by-laws, roles, and systems, are modeling best practices and are actually being enforced).
