This is the fifth and sixth of 11 training modules on cover crop selection, management, economics, and related topics. Each module will be presented by MCCC specialists and consists of a PowerPoint slide set with accompanying instructor notes for each slide. The slide set is posted to midwestcovercrops.org. "Strategies for cash crop planting following a cover crop" features two segments: 'Planting Green' with Barry Fisher and 'Managing nutrients and herbicides when using cover crops' with Dr. Shalamar Armstrong (30:50min).
