This video covers the rationale and strategy for planting 600 fruit, nut and leaf fodder trees in our 40 acre pasture in southeastern Minnesota in order to increase shade for livestock, improve soil stability and water quality, and hopefully provide supplemental feedstocks for our grassfed cattle and pastured pork.
