Ozark Forest Mushrooms has been growing and selling mushrooms in Missouri for more than 20 years. As part of two SARE-supported projects, they've been exploring growing burgundy truffles. Daniel Hellmuth, Nicola Macpherson Hellmuth, and Johann Bruin presented "Truffle Orchard Establishment" at the 2012 Farmers Forum.
