Jim Pierce is a Farm Outreach Worker with Lincoln University and the owner of Of the Earth Farm Distillery in Ray County, Missouri. He feeds spent mash to Berkshire pigs, and received SARE support to work with other hog producers to explore production and marketing of value-added meat products. This video features his SARE project.
