Chris builds on Terry Durham's "Growing Elderberry for Health and Profit" Savanna Institute Nutshell presentation taking it forward into that amazing plant's potential commercial future, Midwest Elderberry Cooperative's role in that future and how that can benefit elderberry growers, including those for whom elderberry is not a primary crop. As founding director and President of the Midwest Elderberry Cooperative and CEO of River Hills Harvest Marketers, LLC, Chris brings extensive knowledge about marketing shelf stable finished products for the River Hills Harvest brand throughout the Midwest and expanding nationally.
