Description:
Very small food businesses registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration may submit an attestation to be Qualified Facilities. Qualified Facilities are not expected to meet all recordkeeping requirements of FSMA Preventive Controls for Human Food, but they must conduct food safety training for their employees so that these individuals understand how to support the Good Manufacturing Practices. The Qualified Facilities must keep records of each employee's participation in, and completion of, all appropriate trainings. This Training Record serves as a guide of one method to keep the necessary records.
