Pantaleon Florez of Maseualkaulli Farms in Kansas joins us to discuss his interest in ancestral Mexica farming. Florez received a SARE grant to compare ancient Mexica maize growing methods with current no-till best practices. He worked with two undergraduate students from University of Kansas who documented their research experiences in the form of ethnographies.
