Description:
Fungicides remain a critical tool for managing grape diseases in the Midwest and other humid grape-growing regions. However, repeated use of the same fungicide active ingredients, often within a single season or across consecutive years, led to the development of fungicide resistance in several important grape pathogens. When resistance develops, fungicides may provide only reduced or inconsistent control, increasing disease pressure, production costs, and the risk of crop loss.
