Josh Roe has served as the staff economist for Kansas Dept. of Ag since 2013. His research and extension activities at Kansas State University included water quality and quantity, agricultural finance, farm management, and biofuels. Roe also has a farm operation in Manhattan, Kansas. This video is his presentation at NCR-SARE's 2016 Farmers Forum at Kansas Rural Center's conference, "Economics of Grazing and Haying Cover Crops in North Central Kansas."
