This is a fact sheet published by the Texas Alliance for Water Conservation (http://www.tawc.us) describing and economical way to improve forage nutritive value, productivity, and water use efficiency by interseeding alfalfa into a native grass pasture. TAWC is the outreach arm of the forage research program at Texas Tech University. This work was jointly funded by Southern SARE grant LS17-286 and the CH Foundation.
