Joe Gaylord has a family farm in Butler, Missouri. He added an aquaculture operation to his farm and now raises blue gill, prawns, and trout. Founded by Joe and Eric Gaylord, and their wives Mary and Valerie, JEMV is the first aquaculture operation in Bates County, Missouri.
