Description:
The North Mississippi FoodRx is designed to be a private farmer-owned community program responding to community needs - the need for market expansion for farmers, and the need for healthy food access for customers. This document is the business plan that outlines how this program operates, who it serves, and how it will be sustainable long-term. Other farmers interested in creating their own food prescription program as a sustainable business may use this as a template for their own business plan development.
