							Description:
				A series of 12 crop info sheets were created to provide important information to assist users of the Fruit and Nut Compass Spreadsheet. These 2-page documents are an entry point for beginning perennial crop farmers to assess options and get basic but vital information on topics such as soil/climate requirements, variety selection, plant spacing, years to harvest, market potential, and a financial case study. The 12 crops included in this series are: cider apples, aronia, black currant, black walnut, northern pecan, Chinese chestnut, hazelnut, saskatoon/serviceberry/juneberry, asian pear, elderberry, pawpaw, and honeyberry.
