Description:
Ten Hens Farm is owned and operated the Montri family in Bath, Michigan. They grow produce outdoors and in unheated hoophouses. In Battle Creek, Michigan, Trent Thompson grows produce and hosts on-farm weddings at Green Gardens Community Farm. With support from a SARE grant, they are partnering with another farm to review mechanization options to scale-up root vegetable production.
