Description:
Knuth Farms is a fourth generation farm in Mead, Nebraska. Since 2012, they have been moving toward a more diversified rotation. In 2016, they approached the University of Nebraska-Lincoln about the exploring the integration of a spring-grazed cover crop in their existing cash crop system.
