Urban Bees of the Great Lakes Region

Project UBees of the GLR is using observations of bees on native flowers to better understand bees' resource needs in urban spaces. By knowing which native flowers are most visited by bees in cities, they can work to sustainably improve habitat for these important crop pollinators. Users can add photos of bees visiting native flowers in urban spaces of the GLR to help inform habitat management practices and sustainable farming efforts!
