She is also a founder of Urban Shepherds, a nonprofit promoting urban grass-fed lamb operations, and a founding member of the Northcoast Lamb Co-op. This video is her NCR-SARE Farmers Forum presentation, "Northcoast Lamb Co-op: Using Carcass Scanning for Producer Production Criteria," at the 2018 Indiana Small Farm Conference.
