In 2017, Farm Fresh HQ Cooperative Association in Kansas City, Kansas received SARE support to explore developing a food hub.They worked on farm safety, traceability, branding, and marketing. Today, the Kansas City Food Hub is working with 15 farmers and their buyers. Alicia Ellingsworth is the Sales and Production Director for the Kansas City Food Hub. This video is her Farmers Forum presentation at the 2019 Nebraska Sustainable Agriculture Society Conference.
