A hands-on slake test investigation that compares how soil aggregates from different management systems behave when submerged in water. Participants observe aggregate stability and explore how living roots, fungi, soil organisms, and organic matter help build soil structure, protect pore spaces, improve infiltration, and reduce erosion.
