About

Annelie Livingston-Anderson is co-owner operator of Good Turn
Farm, a small certified organic farm where she co-manages all aspects of
the business including produce marketing through Hungry Turtle
Farmers Cooperative, local restaurants, and an on-farm market. She
served as project coordinator at Mashkiikii Gitigan, 24th St.
Community Urban Farm and project manager at the Women’s
Environmental Institute. Annelie helps facilitate the development
of the Lake Pepin Local Food Group, a growing group of over 100
food producers and consumers interested in strengthening the local
rural food economy. Annelie and the group were recently awarded a
SARE Farmer Rancher grant to research and develop a cooperative
local marketing method.
