About
Abel holds a degree in Land Stewardship for Sustainable Communities from Humboldt State University and a MS in Agroforestry from the University of Missouri.
Abel is the owner of Resilience Permaculture Design LLC, a whole systems planning and implementation company focused on agroforestry, water and ecosystem restoration. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Upper Willamette Soil and Water Conservation District, where he chairs the Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee. He is also the Restoration Forestry Program Director at the Center for Rural Livelihoods.
