About
Ben Crockett joined the Berkshire Agricultural Venture's team in Spring of 2023 to lead the climate smart agriculture program. He earned his B.S. in Sustainable Landscape Horticulture at the University of Vermont, and recently participated in the Climate Adaptation Fellowship for Northeast farmers. Ben has worked in agriculture from a young age, and in recent years he has managed Opportunity Farm for the Morrison Center in Southern Maine, led the Kennebec Valley Community College Sustainable Agriculture associate degree program, and supported start-up farm businesses in the Hudson Valley with the Glynwood Center.
