About
One Step at a Time Gardens is a founding member of North Iowa Fresh (NIF). As a farmer, I have, with my husband, Tim Landgraf, both been one of the lead suppliers and played a major management role. We work closely with Andrea Evelsizer, the Broker, the NIF Exec. Com (Mary Jane Newswanger, Josh Nelson, and Jeff Short), and the other farmer members. NIF's mission is to bring healthy, nutritious food to the marketplace and to support sustainability of its farmer members. NIF has worked with wholesale and CSA markets. In 2019, NIF plans to expand its focus on CSA shares, working with worksites with wellness programs and expanding into public drop sites as well.
