About

Jennifer Bassman is the owner of Heritage Haus Farm, a 15-acre farm in upstate New York that raises heritage breed sheep, pigs and poultry. She is also the director of the Empire Kunekune Pig Association (www.ekpa.org) and the Kunekune Pork Producers Association (www.kunekuneporkproducers.com), two sister organizations dedicated to education about the Kunekune pig and marketing them cooperatively under a certified brand. Additionally, she has 15+ years of experience in marketing and communications in non-profits, and currently works for New York State 4-H as the Marketing and Communication Liaison at the State 4-H office. In her spare time, she practices barebow archery, needlepoint and listens to many, many podcasts.
