About
Jim Klyman and Carey Yost have owned a small tree orchard with around 40 different species since 2005. When Varroa mites can to Hawai`i, needed to contract with a beekeeper for pollination, and took over the orchard beekeeper work in 2016, when the former beekeeper retired.
James works at the Hawaii State Department of Agriculture in Measurements and Standards, including Hawaii state products label compliance reviews.
James and Carey retired from industrial petrochemical laboratory process work prior to moving to Hawai`i in 2005.
