About

This will be my sixth year raising poultry and 4th at my current location.
My city farm is 3/4 acre and supports coturnix quail, chukar partridge, and (mostly) heritage rabbits. I feed local organic grain and grain mashes.
Gamebirds have been a very viable livestock option for me in my urban area, and I produce meat and eggs for a handful of local butchers and restaurants. I have a background in restaurant cooking and education.
