About
VINES is an organization dedicated to food security, equality, and justice in the Binghamton New York area. VINES manages numerous programs including over a dozen community gardens, free educational workshops on food production and preservation, a summer youth employment program, and the Binghamton Urban Farm. Kyle Rittenburg is the current Urban Farm Manager. Kyle has a bachelor's degree in Sustainable Agriculture from Unity College in Maine, and has experience working on many different farms in the Northeastern US, including a research assistant position at Johnny's Selected Seeds research farm.
