About

Marfa Maid Dairy was started in 2010 in Marfa, Texas. We are a small goats milk dairy that makes artisan goats cheese. I don't come from a farming background but became interested in cheese making before that. My partner grew up with his grandfathers cow dairy in Cape Cod. We orginally had an organic garden but decided to expand in 2008 We serve the commuities of Marfa, Fort Davis and Alpine Texas in the Big Bend Reion of West Texas. Our dairy makes chevre, feta and aged cheeses.
