Dr. Matt Poore is a Professor of Animal Science and Beef Extension Specialist at North Carolina State University. He directs the Pasture-Based Livestock Education Program "Amazing Grazing" which teaches the principles of Pastureland Ecology to advisers, farmers and students so that they can make better decisions as they implement an adaptive grazing program.
