About
Patrick's current appointment is as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Nutrition and Exercise Physiology at Washington State University. He received his training at both The University of Wisconsin-Madison and The USDA's Beltsville Human Nutrition Research Center as part of a cooperative agreement with The University of Maryland-College Park. Patrick's research focuses on bioactive components in human feeding studies with primary outcomes on the relevance to obesity treatment or prevention.
