        About
I am an entomologist (MS-Univ. Arkansas, PhD-Virginia Tech) and associate professor in the Plant and Soil Science department at Texas Tech University, where I conduct research and teach courses in introductory entomology, integrated pest management and pesticides. My research aims to better understand insect communities, populations, resources and threats in both terrestrial and aquatic systems. Current research focuses on wild bee communities, environmental threats, and ecological restoration to support pollinators in urban and agricultural landscapes in the Southern High Plains region.
