About
Sherry Dudas, along with her husband Jim Kinsel, operate the certified organic Honey Brook Organic Farm located in both Mercer and Burlington Counties in New Jersey. Honey Brook Organic Farm was one of the largest CSA in the country with over 2500 members when they decided to pivot to producing organic tree and small fruits, nuts, herbs and sunflowers for PYO harvesting to the general public.. Sherry has managed their certification program and guided the farm through the difficulties of transitioning new farmland to the certified organic status. Prior to working at the farm, she worked for NJ's Department of Agriculture in its Farmland Preservation, Agricultural Mediation and Right to Farm programs.
