About
Steve Muntz has been the Executive Director of Southern SAWG for about 5 years, a regional sustainable agriculture organization whose mission is to empower and inspire farmers, individuals, and communities in the South to create an agricultural system that is ecologically sound, economically viable, socially just, and humane. Mr. Muntz has an extensive background in sustainable agriculture having worked with farmers and practitioners across the country through his previous positions with Heifer International and the Kerr Center for Sustainable Agriculture. Steve also owns and operates a small sheep and poultry farm in Kentucky.
