About

Eaton got her Master's and doctoral degrees from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She joined Lincoln University in 2014 as assistant professor of Horticulture and Missouri Horticulture Extension Specialist. Since then, Eaton published 2 book chapters, 19 peer-reviewed journal articles, and over 62 Extension publications. Eaton also secured $1.6 Million of extramural funding that she used to address the needs of Missouri farmers through research and extension programs. Eaton is native to Morocco.
