Objective: To explore and evaluate the market opportunities for poultry and specialty eggs for the Asian markets in the Minneapolis and St. Paul areas of Minnesota.

The producer raised chickens and ducks for meat products, and collected 1000-year, white-salted, and duck eggs.

He conducted a survey of grocers, retailers, and restaurant owners to determine consumer demand of his poultry products. With the survey results, the producer developed a marketing plan that included label designs, product information, and marketing materials.

Results: Final report not yet available.
