Summary:

Note to readers, attached is the complete final report for FNE95-100

Ms. Magilavy established a mentoring program for organic farmers in cooperation with NOFA-New York. She paired nine individuals and couples who are interested in starting organic farms, with long-established organic farmers. The latter offered their advice and guidance, and received modest compensation for their time. The program was well-received, particularly by those engaged in vegetable farming. Ms. Magilavy intends to continue the program, though with funding from another source.
