Proposal summary:
This project seeks to evaluate an innovative method to split healthy beehives during their peak development to produce the greatest number of divisions to replenish a diminishing population of honeybees, make splits avaliable to novice beekeepers and advance a method that any beekeeper could duplicate to sustain their own operation.
