    Proposal summary:

This is a continuation of FNE99-242, in which the applicant used insecticidal soap, botanical insecticides, and lacewing predators to discourage the grape leafhopper. This project uses the outcomes of the first phase and will include adjusted rates and timing of the soap and botanical spray and the release of a different predator insect that has shown promise in laboratory trials.
