    Proposal summary:

    This education project will offer training in apple processing, regulatory compliance, and cooperative marketing as a way of boosting rural employment. The training will include kitchen certification, canning, labeling, insurance, and recipe certification. The goal is to establish home kitchens, train apple processors, and expand markets for processed apple products.
