    Proposal summary:

Heirloom tomatoes have market appeal, but vary in their yields and consistency of appearance. To explore which ones have promise, the farmer will grow different varieties on two farms and in a greenhouse. Culling standards will be developed and evaluated, and a tasting event for the general public will be used to rate the different varieties for flavor.
