    Proposal summary:

    The farmer will venture into selling value-added products year round, specifically vacuum-packed and frozen organic vegetables for stir-frying and the microwave. She will test whether convenience products like these are a good fit with small-scale processing; this will involve tracking sales and offering support to other growers.
