Summary
Maine Mountain Creamery is entering the organic yogurt market, and the owners have a goal of being able to sell enough yogurt so that the local dairy economy is stimulated. The farmer will travel to food product conventions, work on label and marketing materials development, and develop a Web site. A summary of these efforts will be offered to dairy and organic producers, cooperative extension, and in the nonprofit sector.
